Each scoop of our PEERLESS provide the highest dosage of essential amino acids on the market: 12 grams. EAAs are required in order to build new muscle tissue and help with cell repair which occurs when muscles are recovering. They are essential because your body cannot produce them. They must come from your diet or supplementation. We carefully dosed each one of them at the right amount, which has been show to work according to several scientific studies.
8 grams of the 12 grams in total are branched chain amino acids (leucine, isoleucine and valine) at the recommended ratio of 2:1:1. Leucine is the king when it comes to boosting muscle protein synthesis, particularly after exercise. Valine is the king before workouts, as it's directly responsible for blunting fatigue via a mechanism in the brain. While isoleucine is involved in muscle tissue repair and may even help increase energy levels.
We also added 2 grams of glutamine per scoop to further enrich our PEERLESS and leave no stone unturned when it comes to workout recovery and soreness management. Supplementing with glutamine after intense, exhaustive exercising will enhance the ability of the immune system to deal with the stress of the workout. Glutamine can also help you out with is resythesizing carbohydrates after your workout session and reduce the markers of overtraining.

Essential amino acids play a crucial role in muscle recovery due to their role in protein synthesis, which is the process by which cells build proteins. One of the key factors that increases the rate of muscle recovery is muscle protein balance, the relationship between muscle protein synthesis (MPS) and muscle protein breakdown (MPB). Following exercise, muscle protein breakdown increases, while muscle protein synthesis also increases to repair and rebuild muscle tissue. Essential amino acids provide the necessary substrates for muscle protein synthesis, helping to tip the balance in favor of muscle repair and growth.
