Orders placed on working business days (Monday - Saturday) before 11:00 will be shipped the same day, otherwise the day after. Orders received on Sunday will be processed during the next working business day. Business days do not reflect Sundays or Italian holidays. Once orders are shipped, we are unable to modify your address.

For Cyprus and Greece, your order will be delivered via ACS or BoxNow to the locker or ACS store closest to the address provided during checkout.

If you are located in Italy or any other European country, your order will be shipped via courier and is typically delivered within 48 hours, unless delayed by the courier itself.

Orders of €50 or more qualify for free shipping across all European countries, regardless of the shipping method selected.

We ship across Europe, including the United Kingdom. Shipping is free on all orders of €50 or more.

At the moment we can only accept returns of unopen products, in case you changed your mind for whatever reason. We then have a case by case policy, depending on the reason you want to return your product. Please feel free to reach out to info@athletefuel.eu for any return related question.

Once your order has been placed, our warehouse works extremely fast to ship your order. We cannot make any changes or updates if your order has been shipped already, but you can reach out at info@athletefuel.eu if your order has not been shipped yet.

Order confirmation emails are sent typically within 15 minutes of your order being placed. Please be sure to check your spam or junk mail folder for the email. If you are still unable to locate the confirmation, please send an email to our support team at info@athletefuel.eu and we will make sure to get your this information.
